Applications Development, e-Business Consulting, Resource Management, and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO). The Applications Development segment provides outsourcing services for ongoing management, development, and maintenance of customers' business applications.

The e-Business segment provides development and implementation services for Web development, data warehousing, e-commerce, customer relationship management (CRM), and enterprise applications integration (EAI). Web solutions involve services in the areas of Web architecture, Web-enabling legacy applications, and the creation of Web portals. CRM involves customizing and implementing CRM software packages. Data warehousing involves gathering and analyzing business data to make decisions through data mining. EAI involves consulting and applications outsourcing services designed to integrate front office and back-office applications.

The Resource Management segment provides professional IT consulting services to customers on a staff augmentation basis. Its services include systems specification, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications involving computer hardware, software, data, and networking technologies and practices.

The KPO segment provides outsourced solutions for a client's business processes in the areas of financial services, healthcare, and insurance. In the area of financial services, it focuses on the middle and back-office business processes of the transaction cycle. Its healthcare KPO services comprise aspects associated with revenue cycle management, including claim appeals, provider enrollment assistance, payment posting, and coding. Its insurance KPO services include claims processing and policy administration.
